>> Acceptance of Terms of Use: All uses in this agreement of the words "websmsalerts.com", "WebSMSAlerts", "we", "us","SG",or "our" refers to SYVALAM GLOBALFIELD INC. with its principal place of business at 6, Macaulay Street, Lagos Island, Lagos Nigeria. All uses of the words "User", “your profile ” “your account ” and "you" "partners" refers to you, the User. User means an applicant who has completed the application successfully or anyone using and accessing our website, www.websmsalerts.com. All the users of the WebSMSAlerts are required to agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Anyone determined by SG to have violated these terms and conditions is subjected to dismissal from webSMSAlerts services and payment of earnings from our LP2 (partners).

WebSMSAlerts is available to you for your personal use (sending SMS to friends and family, receiving alerts on the latest scholarships, business and jobs opportunities in Nigeria and other part of the world) or business use ( business networking, money making, creation and support of your customers and legitimate commercial activities) as provided by us when available.

>> Users Conduct: You agree not to use the WebSMSAlerts to; act in any way that is unlawful, defamatory, contravention of any licence and third party rights, damage, disable, overload or affect the operation of websmsalerts.com. sending of unsolicited emails, collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from www.websmsalerts.com by any means for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications, solicit personal information, passwords or other personally identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes, register on behalf of another individual or group without their consent, provide false or misleading information about yourself or your business, or create a false identity.

WebSMSAlerts takes the misuse described above very seriously, and you agree to take all reasonable steps to make sure that it does not happen. If WebSMSAlerts reasonably believes that it has happened, we may take immediate action to remove your PROFILE or suspend or end your access to www.websmsalerts.com without telling you first, even if you were not aware of the misuse.

We have no liability in contract , tort ( including negligence) or otherwise) for any loss not reasonably foreseable by us nor for any loss of opportunity or money, goodwill, reputation, business, revenue, profit, or savings you expected to make, wasted expenditure or data being lost or corrupted. The www.websmslaerts.com is provided by Syvalam Globalfield Inc. with good faith and intention "as is" its basis and when available.

You expressly agree that the courts in Federal Repulic of Nigeria, have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute with SG or relating in any way to your account or your use of our services. you further agree and expressly consent to personal jurisdiction over you in the Federal and State Courts in Nigeria in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving SG or its partners, parents, licensors, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors or suppliers.

Notice: Syvalam Globalfield Inc. may from time to time amend, modify, review or supplement this agreement . Please check our website regularly for changes to this agreement. You may provide notice to SG of any objection to such changes. Please send any such objection by email to support@websmsalerts.com you will be deemed to have accepted the amended, modified, or supplemented terms if any objection is not received from you within seven days after the introduction of this changes..
